Cathedral Wedding

My first Cathedral Wedding! I grew up baptist, so I have never experienced or been in a catholic church. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect place for a June wedding. We started our morning out pretty early, and delivered the flowers to the church. Because it was at a church, the reception venue was about 10 minutes away from the ceremony space.

We started with the pews, because we knew it was going to take a little bit more time for these. The bride had a vision, but with these specific pews, it just wasn't doable. We had to improvise, and this taught me a huge lesson. Sometimes you have to go with your gut, and do what you think will look the best. There is no reason to bother the bride with minuscule problems and stress her out on her big day. We made it work and made them look beautiful. Once that was completed, we took the bouquets upstairs, and got them picture ready.

Like stated before, the reception venue was located 10 minutes away, so we headed over and worked on the flowers. The biggest task was the cake. This is one of the biggest pieces of a wedding, and we wanted to make it look perfect for her. This was my favorite wedding flower wise because of the flower choices, and also the colors.

Everything turned out spectacular, and made me so excited for my own wedding.
